Community Guidelines
Saundarya thrives on inspiration, honesty and respect. These guidelines apply to reviews, comments, photos, videos and any content you contribute — on the app, the website and in creator collaborations.
1. Be kind
No harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats or personal attacks. Criticism of a service is welcome; attacks on the person delivering it are not.
2. Be authentic
Post only content you created or have permission to share. Do not impersonate creators, salons or brands.
Undisclosed paid partnerships are not allowed — tag sponsored content with #ad or #sponsored.
3. Be safe
No nudity, sexual content, self-harm, dangerous procedures or medical advice.
No sale of restricted items (prescription cosmetics, whitening injections, unapproved fillers).
4. Reviews
Review only services you actually received. Do not accept incentives for a review — Saundarya can and does remove incentivised reviews.
5. Reporting & enforcement
Report violations from any post via the three-dot menu. Our Trust & Safety team responds within 24 hours.
Enforcement is progressive: content removal → warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban. Severe violations (threats, CSAM, doxxing) are permanent bans plus a report to law enforcement.
